A constant message we have received from middle management and senior candidates at risk of redundancy is that the outplacement portion of their package was being wasted. Traditional outplacement companies were offering little more than a glorified CV writing service and the use of serviced office space.
We have devised a challenging two day training course which covers the following areas:
1. Where are you now? Where do you wish to get to? How will you get there?
2. CV presentation - why you need at least 3 CV's
3. Cold calling - how to approach clients directly.
4.Succesful networking, which sites work, how to exploit your own network and how to access unadvertised roles
5. Managing your relationships with headhunters and recruitment consultants.
6. How to manage your day, approaching the job search as a job in itself and maintaining motivation and balance.
7.Dealing with your internal gremlins and overcoming challenges.
8. Interview techniques and sealing the deal.
| The two day course is challenging and demanding; often participants feel uncomfortable. We make no apology for this as we are confident that the techniques you will learn will empower you to make a significant shift in your professional development and opportunities.
We are also proud to announce that we have an agreement with Stillpoint Associates, arguably the best professional coaching company in Scotland, to provide ongoing coaching and support following our course.
The cost of the two day course is £1500 plus VAT and this includes all materials and refreshments. Courses have a maximum of 8 participants and can be booked by individuals as well as companies.
